Gary Lee Moore is the City Engineer for the City of Los Angeles, leading a world-class organization of 1000 engineers, architects, surveyors and support staff.
With more than 33 years of public service, he is an accomplished executive and professional engineer, and a recognized leader in bringing sustainability practices into the design and construction of City projects.
Since being named City Engineer in 2003, Moore has overseen the completion of 1,700 projects totaling more than $6.0 billion. He is a registered Professional Civil and Mechanical Engineer in California, serves on a number of civic and professional boards.
Gary Lee Moore is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and a die-hard Dodger fan.
