YUL Aéroport International Montréal-Trudeau I Stationnement P4 étagé

The P4 parking facility at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport has become the first parking facility and the first airport infrastructure project to be Envision verified Envision in Canada. Designed to provide safe short- and long-term parking for terminal users and accommodate demand during peak periods, the project consists of a four-level parking structure with a footprint of approximately 25,000 m2 and capacity for up to 2,860 vehicles.

The project emphasized strong collaboration and sustainability leadership, incorporated forward-looking resource management practices, and was built with long-term adaptability in mind. Through its Envision Verified rating, the project’s diverse and long-term sustainability achievements have been recognized and validated through the independent, thirty-party evaluation process managed by ISI.

“This certification is an important recognition of the work accomplished by our teams and partners. Our ambition has always been to make the P4 parking facility a benchmark project, capable of meeting our users’ needs while reducing its environmental footprint. This distinction demonstrates that it is possible to develop high-performing, sustainable and resilient infrastructure for the benefit of our community.”
