Andreas Georgoulias is a Director at the Environmental Financial Consulting Group. He has advised major engineering consulting and construction firms, multilateral development banks and infrastructure funds. He has worked in assignments and projects in more than 20 countries throughout the world. He is affiliated with the Zofnass Program for Sustainable Infrastructure at Harvard University, where he has been a faculty for eight years and still teaches at the executive education programs. His PhD at Harvard studied risk management processes at engineering and construction firms. He also holds degrees in engineering and project management.
